1. Who we are

This website is operated by BUCKRIDE, based in New Zealand ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. The product

The BUCKRIDE inflatable costume is an adult novelty costume. It is one adult size (roughly 5'3 to 6'4, 160 to 195 cm) and is not a toy for children. The Safety Disclaimer on the page of the same name forms part of these terms; using the costume outside it is the main cause of damage and injury and is not covered by any guarantee.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are set in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Where your local currency is displayed, the converted figure is indicative and the final charge is settled in NZD at checkout, so your bank's rate may differ slightly. We reserve the right to cancel any order for pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock shortages, with a full refund. Bundle pricing applies only to the quantities shown on the product page.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, and by PayPal where offered, using the methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed when payment is authorised.

5. Delivery and returns

Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms. All sales are final; the delivery window is accepted as a condition of purchase; damage, defect and incorrect-item claims must be emailed within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence; returns need a Return Authorisation first; refunds go to the original payment method only.

6. Intellectual property

The BUCKRIDE name, logo, photography and site content belong to BUCKRIDE. You may not copy, resell or use them commercially without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service to anyone at any time.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for damage or injury arising from use of the costume outside the Safety Disclaimer. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published at the time of your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the courts there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
